Simple, non-invasive tests to reveal the underlying causes of health issues.
Functional health testing is an excellent tool to identify imbalances and interactions within your body.
Saliva, urine, blood and stool samples can be analysed, helping to uncover underlying problems that are affecting your health. This provides useful information about your health, and enables a targeted, personalised nutritional therapy programme to be designed.
As a registered health practitioner, Nadia can arrange testing for numerous conditions including nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, food intolerances, metabolic disturbances, parasites, and infections such as candida.
Occasionally a health test might be recommended during your nutritional therapy consultation. You can also order a health test kit as a separate service – just follow the instructions below.

How to order a health test.
Call me.
Contact me by email or telephone to order the test and to confirm its suitability for you.
Take the test.
You will receive your test kit by post. It will contain full instructions, and everything you need to take a sample.
Post your sample.
Post your sample to the lab in the packaging provided.
Get your results.
It takes around 7 days for me to obtain your test results. I will contact you to arrange an appointment so that I can explain the results to you.
